I got a Budge Rain Barrier cover for SUVs up to 162”, off Amazon. So hopefully it holds up well. It’s supposed to rain and snow over the next week, so it’ll be a good trial for it.

I used to cover my car during the winters in Edmonton, I found they always needed paint correction in the spring. Anywhere that the cover could more would put swirls in the paint.
I just had a cheap cover though..

The paint is horrible pretty much everywhere on this thing, so luckily I didn’t have to worry about that

Mines leaking too

If it happens to get exceptionally windy, I suggest removing the cover and storing it. I’ve two car covers and a nice tent absolutely shredded by wind in the past. Hopefully it works out well for you though!

I remember the car cover days. It’s a sgame you can’t just build a canopy off your garage, turn it into an extended carport

That would be ideal, but I don’t imagine the landlords would like that too much. Still, I should find out if the city would allow it....

Damn. Any idea where from?

I have a Budge cover for my El Camino and it works and fits very well. I got the clips and bungee cords to make sure it stays on in the wind. So far so good! Hopefully you have the same good results.

Same experience here. Cover has been doing wonky things to the paint on my Z.

Uh, seems to be everywhere. 80's Mopar.
Comes in via the weatherstripping on the windows and seems to be coming in from the read sliding window too.

Oh good idea, I should probably add some bungee cords into the mix.

Oh geez, that’s disappointing. Are new seals available for it? Raiders and Monteros are uncommon enough that very few of the seals are available anymore, which is why my passenger vent window is siliconed shut.

I have to look into it more, at least that generation of ram is ridiculously common.
